Why a Foundation?

The Pointfulness Foundation exists to sustain a work of reflection, conversation, and research, supported by people who recognise the value of a vital and intellectual challenge that is uncommon in today’s world and, at the same time, deeply timeless.
It is a personal and necessarily fragile initiative, which requires time to mature and find its form.
Its vocation is not to grow indefinitely, but to incubate a small community capable of promoting clarity, justesse, and the red thread of research.
Pointfulness exists so that life may bring about change on solid foundations, not to bring about that change by itself.
It is both a modest and an ambitious initiative.
The Foundation is its place.
Legally
The Pointfulness Foundation is a Chilean non-profit foundation, created in August 2025 and domiciled in Las Condes, Santiago de Chile.
Its mission is to sustain and preserve the Pointfulness approach within a non-commercial, independent, and rigorous framework, ensuring a space of clarity, discernment, and reflection in a world marked by confusion and saturation.
Purpose and approach
The Foundation exists to make structured clarity accessible to people facing decisive moments in their lives.
A single moment of clarity can avoid years of confusion, disorientation, or unnecessary conflict.
Sustaining a space where clear thought remains available, without commercial pressure, also makes it possible to offer an original contribution to independent research on the great human questions, with the aim of establishing a solid and dynamic conceptual foundation.
Institutional framework and governance
The Pointfulness Foundation is a private-law non-profit legal entity, legally constituted in Chile.

Legal domicile: Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, Chile
Registration with the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII): RUT 65.255.505-5
The Foundation is administered by a Board composed of:
Alain Kaczorowski, founder and president
Eric Van Belle, treasurer, board member
Carolina Aceituno, board member
It operates in accordance with its statutes and the applicable legal framework, under a principle of sobriety, transparency, and responsibility.
A deliberately non-commercial activity
The Foundation especially supports the Conversation, offered free of charge, in order to preserve a space free from commercial logic, demands for results, or economic dependence.
Those who wish to do so may freely support the Pointfulness Foundation through a donation, allowing this activity to continue and become accessible to others.
A European extension through a Luxembourg-based non-profit association is currently being considered to promote the development and dissemination of Pointfulness.
